Luego de un delicioso almuerzo servido por <a href=\"http:\/\/chezfayne.com\">Fayne Petersen <\/a>el seminario de la tarde cont\u00f3 con una presentaci\u00f3n de Katrina Heinze, embajadora org\u00e1nica de General Mills y un discurso de apertura de Jeff Moyer, director ejecutivo del Instituto Rodale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambas presentaciones se centraron en la esperanza que ofrecen las pr\u00e1cticas org\u00e1nicas para ayudar a regenerar la capacidad de la Tierra para sustentar la vida humana frente a la crisis clim\u00e1tica y ambiental.
